If you like great Italian cuisine, this night is for you. Last year, we attempted to replicate the menu as it was in the film, "The Big Night." This year, we are reinventing it! Our Culinary Brigade has also been yearning for another go at the Timpano (pictured above), a tricky yet rewarding Italian dish filled with many layers.
